With 3 young children and a full-time job, alumna Melissa Beck talks about the challenges and rewards of pursuing her #ExecMBA at UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
By far the largest challenge is juggling family, career and school. Not only do I work full time and went to school in an Executive program, I have three small children.
